Completing an online booking on this website constitutes a legally binding contract.
Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations 30 days or more before an event will be subject to a £75+VAT admin fee admin charge per attendee.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event will be subject to the full delegate fee.
In the event of an event being cancelled by Westminster Briefing, the full registration fee will be refunded but Westminster Briefing disclaims any further liability. Westminster Briefing reserves the right to change the timing, content, speakers or venue of any event.
You are welcome to substitute attendees at any point free of charge. Please contact us with details of the original attendee and the new attendee’s name, job title & email address.
Invoices will normally be sent out after the event has taken place (unless you specifically organise to receive the invoice in advance).
Card payments are taken at the time of booking using the Sage Pay payment system. Payment will be taken immediately with a card receipt containing a link to the VAT invoice emailed to the booker.
In all circumstances, a VAT invoice will be sent to the booker.
Full payment will still be invoiced in the event of non attendance.
Agendas & Speakers
All speakers and the programme are subject to change without notice.
At Westminster Briefing’s discretion, delegates may transfer their booking to another event by giving notice of their intention to do so at least 7 days prior to the date of the event.

Westminster Briefing Loyalty Scheme
Members of the Westminster Briefing Loyalty Scheme are entitled to a 15% discount on the entire cost of their booking (including colleagues) when entering their WBLC code at the time of booking.
The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated by Westminster Briefing.
Loyalty codes are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Our free-to-attend events are run for the benefit of solution buyers, who are interested in the services which the sponsors at the event are providing. Therefore, your contact details may be passed to the sponsors to enable them to contact you with information about the services they provide. All correspondence will contain the option to unsubscribe to future mailings. However, if you do not want your contact details to be passed to the sponsors, please email email@example.com at the time of booking.
Westminster Briefing has no control over how sponsors may use your personal information. We would anticipate that all correspondence would include an option to opt out of future correspondence.
