As local authorities and schools begin to see the impact of the strands of SEND reform, facilitated by recent funding announcements by the DfE, attention is turning to explore what constitutes outstanding SEND provision and how all schools and local authorities can deliver high-quality interventions which support improved outcomes for SEND children and young people.

The morning session will look at the latest policy and funding developments, alongside up-to-date inspection feedback and how to demonstrate progress to earn that Outstanding judgment.

The afternoon session will look at strategies for ensuing the best provision possible for SEND students, effectively assessing and meeting student needs and how to measure their success.
