No cancellations are accepted within 30 days of an event. A substitute delegate can be sent subject to Westminster Briefing’s approval.
If a delegate does not attend the event the full event fee will be charged.Thirty days prior to an event, if a date becomes inconvenient and no substitute delegate can be found, clients may be allowed to transfer onto another relevant event in that calendar month or period.
Completing an online booking on this website constitutes a legally binding contract.
Invoices will be sent out after the event has taken place (unless you specifically organise to receive the invoice in advance).
In all circumstances, a VAT invoice will be sent to the delegate. Furthermore, if receipt of payment is made via a credit card, we will send a credit card receipt.
Please let us know if you have any specific access or other requirements (eg dietary requirements).

A full refund, less £75 administration charge per delegate registered, will be given for cancellations received in writing from you no later than 30 working days prior to the date of the event. If notification of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the date of the event there will be no refund, however a substitute delegate may attend subject to Westminster Briefing’s approval.
In the unlikely event of an event being cancelled by us, the full registration fee will be refunded but Westminster Briefing disclaims any further liability. Westminster Briefing reserves the right to change the timing, content, speakers or venue of any event.
At Westminster Briefing’s discretion, delegates may transfer their booking to another event by giving notice of their intention to do so at least 30 days prior to the date of the event.
Members of the Westminster Briefing Loyalty Scheme are entitled to a 15% discount on the entire cost of their reservation (including colleagues) when entering their unique WBLC code at the time of booking. Please note that this discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated by Westminster Briefing.

Our free-to-attend events are run for the benefit of solution buyers, who are interested in the services which the sponsors at the event are providing. Therefore, your contact details may be passed to the sponsors to enable them to contact you with information about the services they provide. All correspondence will contain the option to unsubscribe to future mailings. However, if you do not want your contact details to be passed to the sponsors, please email firstname.lastname@example.org at the time of booking.
Westminster Briefing has no control over how sponsors may use your personal information. We would anticipate that all correspondence would include an option to opt out of future correspondence.
